R.C. Hamilton & Associates provides portal-based bookkeeping services for self and independently managed condominiums throughout Ontario. Financial statements are posted on or before the 15th day of each month. Date-stamped audit, contract and unit records are available on the portal at all times. We are also available to assist the Board with Budget Preparation.
R.C. Hamilton & Associates has qualified project management personnel on staff, ready to help you convert your Reserve Fund Study into a fully articulated project plan. Once we have helped you plan the work, we will help you (and your engineer) work the plan; with living updates, twenty-first century technical document management, rigorous contract management, and site supervision as required.
